In addition, the MSA Web Site allows Users to register their products for product warranty purposes. Users who utilize the online product registration form can input and submit the product registration over the Internet. Users browsing and using this Web Site are subject to the MSA Aircraft Products, Inc. Terms and Conditions of Web Site Use. In the event MSA has collected any information from a User who wishes to retrieve, modify or have it deleted, such User should contact MSA as set forth in "Section E".
Given the MSA Web Site's purpose of providing information about MSA and it's products, MSA uses reasonable efforts to safeguard information concerning, and submitted by, Users. Users should be aware that it is impossible to guarantee absolute security over the Internet. Moreover, due to the existing regulatory environment, MSA cannot guarantee that User information will never be disclosed to third parties as a result of a governmental order or otherwise.
